Shared Prize Forms Due April 18

Shared prize forms are available if you wish to share prizes this year. Email me at [email protected] to receive those forms and email them back to me by April 18. Also, ALL prize winners must submit the Online W9 form on team pages under Settings to receive their prizes. Please be sure to submit that form.
